The UV Air from SGLUX GmbH is a precision-calibrated radiometric UV-C sensor designed for air disinfection and UV sterilisation systems.
It measures germicidal ultraviolet irradiance in the 230–280 nm range, allowing real-time monitoring of UV dose in air-handling units, HVAC systems, and UV-C sterilisation chambers.
Using a solar-blind Silicon Carbide (SiC) photodiode and NIST/PTB-traceable calibration, the UV Air ensures accurate, repeatable irradiance readings unaffected by visible or IR light.
Encased in a rugged IP65 aluminium housing with a UV-grade quartz window, the sensor is built for long-term stability and easy integration into industrial, laboratory, and environmental systems.

The UV Air sensor measures germicidal UV intensity (254 nm) used in air sterilisation systems to inactivate airborne pathogens.
